The perfect way to provide your guests with locally sourced succulent slow roasted meat and all the trimmings, ready to serve and no washing up
Hog in a Box
Our Hog in the Box is the perfect solution for small parties and events (serves minimum of 25 people), we offer a choice of delicious, succulent slow roasted meats, complete with all the trimmings and bread rolls, ready to serve on the supplied dried palm leaf plates – so you don’t even need to wash up!
Option One:
- Slow roasted pulled pork in juice, with mouth-watering crunchy crackling from Norfolk rare breed black pigs
- Homemade sage & onion stuffing
- Homemade apple sauce
- Locally baked bread rolls

- Slow roasted pulled chicken in a sweet and sour sauce

BBQ catering
We offer BBQ set menus with a choice of hand made burgers and gourmet sausages, chicken pieces and prime ribs. Served with a selection of salads, corn on the cob, new potatoes, locally baked soft rolls and accompanied with sauces and relishes.
All three options are served in a buffet style and include disposable crockery and napkins for all your guests. White china is available subject to additional charge.
All our BBQ meat is locally sourced and we are proud to offer high quality food that goes from farm to your fork. Our accreditations can be found at the bottom of this page.
